Senior Manager, Internal Communications – HR

What you’ll do: 

  • Develops communications strategies and plans to communicate from HR to all associates
  • Partners with Executive Communications to align HR communications to editorial calendar
  • Provides communications counsel and tactical support as required to the HR leadership team
  • Creates tactical editorial calendar with senior HR leaders that incorporates annual compulsory activities, new initiatives and ongoing activities 
    • Prioritizes and simplifies content to deliver the right information to the right people at the right time
    • Ensures all associates have easy access to critical tools and resources to complete compulsory activities 
    • Communicates new initiatives that impact functionality for rest of business
    • Ensures clear, concise information is readily available for ongoing activities
  • Produces compelling content that:
    • Helps associates embrace, manage and adapt to change
    • Increases associate awareness of tools, resources and information to be more effective 
    • Drives associate understanding, alignment and participation with major HR initiatives
  • Measures the success of HR communications and change management initiatives and proposes ways to innovate and improve


What you’ll need:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required
  • 5+ years’ experience in an internal communications function, preferably in a large corporation
  • Experience leading, developing and executing enterprise-wide and business-unit specific internal and change communications  programs with multiple stakeholders including senior executives in a global, fast-paced environment
  • Ability to function as a leader and individual contributor 
  • Ability to create strong relationships with communications colleagues across the company
  • Must have strong written / verbal / interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong executive presence and ability to interface with all levels of the organization, including senior leaders
  • Self-motivation to continuously improve self and others
  • Exceptional collaboration skills
