Job Description

Gartner is seeking a candidate that has the ability to advise Chief Marketing Officer clients in our rapidly growing marketing advisory service. We are looking for candidates with business and technology proficiency in the following areas:

Aligning marketing strategy, execution and measurement (includes growing revenue, profit improvement and cost management)

Marketing leadership and organizational effectiveness (includes marketing organization design and development, brand management and strategies to support sales)

Leading and supporting digital innovation (includes marketing innovation and R&D and new digital product development)

Foundational skills include the ability to analyze, write, present and provide advice for Gartner’s senior Marketing and Digital Marketing clients.



In addition to these areas of expertise, the candidate should also have:

Held a leadership position in marketing.

Excellent analytical, written, facilitation and oral communication skills

The ability to explain or convert complex topics into simple models or terms

A deep understanding of marketing process and technologies (digital and traditional).

* The ability to link best practices, business strategies, goals and metrics to a CMO client business strategies.
