Support sales productivity projects and programs. Develop and maintain project work plans in coordination with the VP of Operations. Coordinate project deliverables with team members across multiple functions (sales, finance, IT, business units). Maintain program-level information to track sales productivity initiatives across the enterprise. Gather and synthesize data from systems and interviews. Leverage Gartner systems to gather insight for analysis and reporting tools. Support VP & Sales to design and administer surveys and interviews. Perform analyses. Use Excel and other databases to analyze sales productivity trending and summarize in compelling presentations for sales managers and corporate executives, which will be leveraged to prioritize globally consistent reporting and tool generation. Develop presentations. Maintain and compile presentations for regular meetings with Gartner executives. Ensure presentations are logical, well organized, and visually compelling. Design reporting and coaching tools. Partner with sales leaders and the sales technology team to design and document best-in-class reporting and coaching tools. Maintain knowledge repositories for documentation and sample deliverables. Support executive meetings. Support VP Sales Operations in organizing and running effective meetings with senior executives. Critical member of the Global Sales Operations team, responsible for coordinating the creation of Globally consistent tools and reporting that drive increased sales productivity and coaching for leaders, managing project timelines and deliverables, partnering with Sales and Line of Business Partner to define requirements and prioritize, develops analyses and presentations to support reporting and tools, understand our data and maintain knowledge repository. Contributes to the success of global sales operations through outstanding planning and organization, robust analytic tools, and clear communications.
Principal Accountabilities/ Overall Responsibilities of Position
Requirements of Position Minimum 4+ years of experience in sales, project management, management consulting, finance, operations, or IT. Outstanding organizational skills and project management experience (familiarity with tasks, milestones, Gantt charts) Tremendous thirst for learning, willingness to take on new challenges Comfort with dynamic, fast-paced environment Experience structuring analyses, presenting visually and numerically, defending analyses Great teamwork and collaboration Understanding of sales processes Ability to make decisions independently (e.g. if process or solution doesn’t exist, can create from scratch) and original thinker (e.g. can solve variety of problems) Power user of Excel, PowerPoint, Project.
