About the Job

We are looking for an analytical, energetic, outgoing and ambitious professional to manage our new and existing B2B partnerships with comparison sites, media sites, news aggregators, newsletters, and other B2B web publishers. These publishers are a key source of traffic -- and ultimately revenue -- and a talented, creative Marketing Program Manager will be key to managing existing relationships, helping to prospect new partnerships, tracking program KPIs and driving success by surfacing opportunities to expand new and existing partnerships.

This person will also get direct line of sight to senior leadership.

What you’ll do:


  • Proactively identify areas for growth. Highlight new partnership opportunities and work with the team to develop new processes, tools, and materials that drive success.

  • Nurture and grow existing partnerships . Constantly look for new ways to grow revenue and expand relationships with existing partners.

  • Perform detailed reports and analysis . Monitor key performance indicators, highlight important trends, and prepare both internal and external reports.

  • Collaborate with other teams . Notably, work closely with the Content team to identify topics that will resonate well with partner audiences and collaborate with Advisors to update them on new partnerships, new offers, how well existing offers are doing and identify opportunities to improve the program.


What you’ll need:

  • BA or BS, in Business, Communication or related discipline

  • Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience in business development, joint venture and/or partnership management, building relationships with and/or working with strategic partners

  • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship skills

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize as needed - you stay focused on the goal, execute effectively and have the ability to influence without direct control

  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills

  • Demonstrated success in working with internal and external cross-functional teams

  • Clear thinker with strong analytical skills

  • Strong working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint (preferred, not required)
