L2-Digital Marketing Manager


L2 is looking for a top-notch Digital Marketing Manager with experience in SEM, SEO, paid social, and display. This role is responsible for developing and executing a clearly defined growth plan that aligns with our overall marketing and business development strategy. The ideal candidate will have broad digital marketing experience, as well as deep analytical skills.


  • Working closely with Director of Marketing to devise targeted acquisition and brand development strategies across various channels from (SEM/SEO) to social to display
  • Creating and managing (traffic, implement, optimize, report) all paid media campaigns
  • Project managing campaign execution with internal teams and external vendor partners
  • Defining and tracking all paid media metrics including, but not limited to, budget distributions, goals, and ROI metrics
  • Liaising between marketing, research, and business development in order to optimize entire customer lifecycle
  • Staying up to date on all digital marketing technology and industry trends
  • Assisting with special marketing projects, as needed


Skills & Experiences:
· Expertise with Google Analytics, SEO, Google Adwords (search, display, video), paid social platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn), retargeting platforms/networks
· Strong copywriting skills
· Proficiency with Excel
· Familiarity with WordPress, marketing automation tools (e.g., Pardot, Marketo, Hubspot, etc)
· Analytical —understands the quantitative process for research and analysis and is passionate about the examination of how data in digital is disrupting marketing
· Strong Communicator —the key is in distilling data down to understandable and consumable bites, using the data to craft a narrative in speech, writing, or analysis
· Entrepreneurial —L2 is moving quickly much like the industry we cover. Must be comfortable with constant change
· Innovative —We are constantly looking to make L2 better and more successful and need people who are always seeking to find the new and better way
· Quick Learner —Things move quickly at L2 and we want folks who can keep up and drive our success
