About this role:

You will be part of Client Services Organization that provides p rompt and satisfactory resolution of Gartner client queries on access problems to Gartner.com, ensuring our clients experience the highest level of support and assistance. This role offers an opportunity to understand and capture client issues with all the relevant details, reach out to internal teams and get the issues resolved and thereafter perform analysis on monthly data and provide recommendation.

What you’ll do:

Good Communication skills (Verbal and Written)

• Should be able to communicate well with internal and external customers

• Understand and capture client issues with all the relevant details

• Reach out to internal teams and get the issues resolved

Analytical in approach

• Problem solve on the issues faced by clients and associates on gartner.com

• Perform initial analysis resolve if the issues fall under bucket handled, else escalate to other teams with relevant details

• Own up the issue and follow up with the relevant teams and clients and take it to resolution

• Assist in updating the knowledge base with the information on new issues and tools

• Assist in analyzing monthly data and make recommendations

Handle coordination processes on a day to day basis

• Perform coordination tasks on a day to day basis with desired productivity and quality

• Participate in transition of new coordination processes from different teams and get ramped up on them quickly

• Train new members of the team on the coordination activities and processes

• Maintain/ update process maps for the coordination processes



Qualifications:



What you’ll need:

• Graduate with 1-2 years of experience in IT/Tech environment

• Quick learner

• Eye for detail

• Strong coordination and communication skills

• Strong team player

• Flexible for 24*7 shift – (Rotational shift, which includes UK & US shift)
