Data Quality Manager


This position will be responsible for evaluating and improving data quality in the context of business reporting and customer-centric analytics. An interest in marketing analytics and an ability to provide thoughtful solutions in a timely fashion will be key attributes of the successful candidate.

Responsibilities:

  • Continually monitor and ensure overall database health/data quality across all systems; track and audit all data in and out of the business
  • Work across departments to raise data quality and performance levels
  • Provide a high level of data quality awareness across multiple business partners (Marketing, IT, Finance)
  • Perform root cause analysis to identify where system fixes/enhancements are required
  • Create and maintain all documentation related to database (e.g. field definitions, enhancements)


Qualifications:


Required skills/experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer, Information or related science field
  • Experience manipulating and analyzing large volumes of data
  • Ability to write intermediate level SQL code
  • Fact driven and analytically-minded with excellent attention to detail
  • 2-4 years professional experience in similar role
  • Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously


Desired skills/experience:
  • Advanced degree or experience equivalent
  • Ability to write SAS, R or Python code
  • Experience with dashboards and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Eloqua Visualizer or Oracle - OBIEE strongly preferred
  • Excellent communication skills and demonstrated experience understanding and presenting complex quantitative analyses to business partners and senior management
  • Experience with CRM systems and a good understanding of data warehouse architecture
  • Knowledge of marketing automation platforms such as Eloqua, Marketo or Hubspot
