Client Services Partner - LATAM (Spanish Required)

The purpose of the Event planner role is to deliver a flawless experience to our sponsors/exhibitors by managing the client experience throughout the entire event cycle to assure a high level of customer satisfaction resulting in client retention and growth. This role will focus on North America & Latin America events. Professional level Spanish (speaking and writing) required.

  • Manage the delivery of all sponsorship packages elements to include marketing and promotional opportunities
  • Build and maintain excellent relationships with sponsor client through regular communications
  • Understand the objectives of our clients and discover all manners in which to empower them to meet those same objectives
  • Collaborate with global peers to build and implement best practices & training for clients to realize the highest ROI possible
  • Constantly evaluate the client experience we offer and provide suggestions for improvement
  • Elicit, ingest and act on client feedback as it relates to the events and the sponsor experience
  • Support and partner event sales in the management of clients with goal of both retention and growth of clients portfolio
  • Manage and collaborate with local regional agencies to deliver client experiences as an extension of Gartner
  • Assist in sourcing event partners for additional services, negotiating costs and managing orders
  • Liaise with key event partners and team members to ensure a high level of event execution
  • Responsible for development of optimal floor plans for each event to promote event sponsor and attendee interaction
  • Assist in the development of new and innovative sponsorship packages and marketing opportunities to match client needs
  • Assist in accurately managing the event budgets with direct responsibility as it relates to sponsor items, produce accurate monthly forecasts and managing costs effectively


  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2 - 3 years’ experience in the events/exhibition industry ideal
  • Proven Event Operation Management and Customer Service focus and approach
  • English (required), Spanish (required), Portuguese (preferred
  • Strong Client Focused/ Customer Service Skills
  • Strong Organizational Skills
  • Competent in Microsoft office with focus on Excel
  • Strong Oral & Written Communication Skills
  • Highly motivated with a passion for client services and events
