VP, eCommerce & Marketing - Intermix

The VP E-commerce &Marketing is a critical member of the Intermix leadership team.This leader is responsible for delivering ourE-commerce goals through effectively managing digital marketing, editorial,creative production, site merchandising, user experience and operations.This role is also responsible for marketing,branding and creative for all channels, leading CRM, PR, events, social and allcontent.The VP E-commerce &Marketing owns the Ecommerce and Marketing budgets.

Organizational Leadership

  • Leads andinspires ecommerce and marketing team to be customer-focused, creative, agileand results oriented.
  • Createseffective partnerships with internal and external partners to promote theIntermix brand vision
  • Partners with leadership team peers to bring our strategic priorities to life

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieves business objectives through online and off-linemarketing initiatives including: direct mail, all digital marketing channels,print media, partner programs, social media, events, PR outreach, etc.
  • Ensures a consistent client experience across all marketingtouchpoints
  • Partners closely with the President to strategize initiatives,propel brand positioning and attain all financial metrics and profitabilitygoals
  • Grow a quality client base through the development and implementationof acquisition, retention and loyalty programs
  • Develops and implements innovative, branding programs
  • Operates with a test and learn entrepreneurial mindset
  • Balances branding and ROI-generating activations. Implements opportunities that will profitably grow the business /generateincremental revenue while enhancing brand positioning
  • Leads a team of approximately 50



Key Experiences

  • 15+ years experience including ecommerce/digital andmarketing/branding
  • Deep understanding of the luxury fashion consumer
  • Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills; abilityto frame new, ambiguous and complex issues; ability to generate insight throughrigorous analysis
  • Strong analytical, planning, forecasting andbudgeting/financial skills
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing includingmanagement of agencies and budgets across channels
  • Expertise in the ecommerce product and optimization
  • Creative and innovative with branding strategies and content
  • Strong leadership abilities including a proven ability tolead a proactive team and ensure accountability for results that maximizecontribution to business objectives
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
