Specialist, CRM Marketing

OVERVIEW Responsible for CRM partnership campaign planning and execution and IP product project management, including cobranding campaign which will be an important external source for both store traffic and new member recruitment, maintain key partners' relationship and explore for new potential cobranding opportunities, responsible for IP product project coordination, negotiation and related CRM campaign execution. The role shall work closely with CRM agency. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES CRM vendor coordination and follow up External cobranding opportunities sourcing, negotiation. Cross over campaign planning and execution. IP product related project opportunities sourcing and coordination between IP owner and internal product team, marketing team and EC team on the project. CRM event planning and execution, especially for IP and cobrand related ones, co-work with PR and event team on this part.

KEY EXPERIENCES

  • Bachelor degree or above, fluent in English is a must
  • At least 5 years of experience in marketing project management, CRM or PR
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Vendor management and strong at problem solving
  • Team work spirit
