Senior Staff Analyst
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Expense Management Independently work on budgeting and forecasting of store payroll and other store expense, proactively work with business partners to understand and control the expense in line with sales trend. Provide analysis and solution to optimize store expense management. Reporting Manage Field finance reports, includes store P&L, weekly/monthly finance performance recap and FIP/PP&A reports. Partner with RDs/DMs to understand store P&L, assist field finance manager to identify store risk and opportunities to grow store contribution %. Others Set up Field targets, and provide performance results. Provide finance training to Field and management trainees. Provide financial support to RDs/DMs for business needs. Provide assistance on any ad hoc projects/report that is related to the above areas to support decision making. ORGANIZATION RELATIONSHIPS: Reports to Manager, Field Finance. Interacts with Upper Field team, Store Operation, Accounting, Construction, Loss Prevention etc. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Knowledge, skills & abilities: Strong Analytical skills Strong A ccounting knowledge . Strong PC skills (primarily Word and Excel related spreadsheet) Work independently and be a good team player. Flexibility in performance under rapid growth environment Good Chinese and English language skills, both oral and written. Strong communication and interpersonal skills Minimum educational level: Finance/ Business Bachelor degree and above 3) Minimum experience: 3 years above of Field Finance experience
