Senior Manager, Sales and Operations Planning, Global Supply Chain

JOB SUMMARY:

The S&OP Sr. Manager leads the team charged with network and brand performance analysis to provide insights into the achievement of inventory plans with best in class on time execution, identifying risk and opportunity to execute inventory movement. This team is accountable for the consolidated demand and capacity planning for the logistics network across all markets and channels. This leader will partner closely with each brand team to consolidate network health and communicate movement needed by brand. This leader is a key partner to the Advanced Analytics team for design and development of insightful analytics to drive business outcomes.

S/he oversees the governance and prioritization of work practices related to exception management of inventory movement across channels, markets and end to end in the supply chain. This team also manages execution with the operations teams of all value add requests throughout the end to end supply chain.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage a team of analysts to execute analysis, capacity planning and inventory movement.

Manage consolidated demand and capacity for network. Identify issues and communicate actions to resolve.

Drive business outcomes with brand teams related to risks to commercial plans with analytic insight. Ensure standardization of analytics and reports across portfolio of brands to support process.

Lead flow tracking activities pre-season and in season to drive continuous improvement in order planning, on time order creation, in shop success execution across supply chain

Advocate and develop with cross functional teams reporting and analytics capability needed for optimal decision support.

Develop templates, tools and processes to streamline data inputs for Budget, SLA Tracking, Annual Operating Plan priorities, Network capacity planning, and other activities that can be standardized to optimize resources and drive to business priorities

Represent Brand Operations as subject matter expert and champion for integrity and usability of data produced in the Global Supply Chain for the purpose of inventory tracking and prioritization. Partner with key stakeholders to drive continuous improvement in data integrity

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Experienced and proficient in Product to Market Planning milestones, systems, tools, and reports

Ability to lead teams and structure analytic work and data set management.

Ability and comfort to go deep in large data sets

Ability to communicate clear plans and supporting tactics to execute

Ability to ramp up and learn multiple systems such as planning, allocation, transportation tracking, purchase order management etc.

Ability to balance and prioritize competing demands and create practical solutions to business problems

Highly accountable, forward thinking, and able to understand the bigger picture, create value add work streams, and drive process improvement to completion.

Solid analytical skills and has a Technical skills- savvy in Excel (v-lookup, pivots tables, filtering, simple formulas)

Outstanding written and oral communication skills

Demonstrates leadership presence. Able to tailor information to audience and get to the heart of the issue quickly. Able to shift gears when needed without undue fluster

Comfortable in front of higher level leadership and able to easily develop and leverage key business relationships.

Ability to balance multiple projects and see them through to completion.

Problem solver familiar with inventory management, planning, and/or operations a plus

Bachelor's degree in Economics, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Operations or related analytic field.

5-10 years of experience in Strategy, management consulting, finance, operations

Proven success and demonstrated passion for leading a team and influencing to drive business results
