Senior Business Analyst - Customer & Marketing Business Intelligence

Our obsession with delighting customers and our commitment to deliver fully on those experiences is what sets us apart.  Good customer data is the unlock that will help us serve our customers better and attract new customers.  We are looking for a Senior Manager of Customer & Marketing Business Intelligence that will lead efforts to create and leverage strategic customer data.

  • Bachelor’s degree plus 7+ years work experience
  • Digital Marketing experience, or database marketing, customer analytics, data-driven marketing
  • Hands-on experience analyzing data and using databases
  • Strong understanding of data structures and data normalization methods
  • Basic SQL skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience formulating and presenting recommendations
  • Experience working with or within a marketing organization
  • Experience leading technology projects
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
