OVERVIEW

The Sr. Associate of Styling is responsible for supporting the creation and execution of seasonal brand styling for both print and digital. They execute a full style out of all photography assets for their, division per month. Sr. Associates participate in all key meetings and milestones for their division.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Keep a continual pulse on current and relevant styling & market trends
  • Execute the style-out for their division each month and present to key business partners & leaders
  • Partner with key cross-functional business partners (Sample Management Team, Art Directors, Merchants, Marketers, & Visual Merchandising) to support day-to-day business objectives
  • Ideate and strategize on seasonal styling direction for their division, research and pull swipe to support direction
  • Lead freelance stylists on day-to-day projects
  • Assist Senior Stylist on photo shoots as needed
  • Written communication, including styling notes for photo shoot decks
  • Participate in special projects as needed

KNOWLEDGE, ATTRIBUTES + ABILITIES

  • Elevated fashion and styling sense with the ability to incorporate new fashion trends into projects
  • Problem solver who is familiar with developing creative solutions
  • Organization and time management skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Advanced computer skills required - Creative Suite and Microsoft Office


REQUIRED SKILLS

  • BA/BS degree required
  • 2+ years fashion styling experience
  • Retail or Brand styling experience preferred
