  • Gap Global Company Planning is responsible for maximizing sales, margin, and inventory productivity for the Gap brand portfolio across multi regions and channels
  • Provide daily and weekly reporting to Gap regions around the world
  • Support Global Company Planning Manager with Investor Relations, Board of Directors communications, and hindsight recaps as needed
  • Partner for monthly, quarterly and annual planning processes, including Budget, Monthly Forecast and Inventory Line of Credit Process
  • Analyze regional performance, providing insight into global performance patterns and calling out anomalies
  • Provide global support to regional Finance teams as needed
  • Support key planning milestones such as Strategy Alignment Meetings (SAM), Investment Reviews/Global IR, and Global MF
  • Provide global support to regional Finance teams as needed
  • Establish a track record of clear communication up, down and across the organization.




  • Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail, along with the ability to step back and see the big picture
  • Ability to analyze large amounts of complex data and present it in a concise and clear manner
  • Ability to clearly identify business issues and make recommendations
  • Proven ability to manage in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
  • Excellent business reasoning skills as well written and verbal communication skills
  • Team player with a positive attitude - must be flexible, open to cross-training and sharing team responsibilities
  • Ability to work well with cross-functional partners
  • Strong command of Excel, Word, PowerPoint; Essbase a plus.
  • 3+ years of related business experience; prior global retail and inventory management experience highly desired
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Prior retail experience preferred
