Senior Analyst, Business Process Capability General summary: This role of Senior Analyst, Business Process Capability is to support the company-wide Sample Management, Fabric management and Quality management systems and the implementation of business process across functional departments among regional offices. Major responsibilities for this position will manage on-going production support activities, collaborate with project stakeholders across regions to analyze requirements for subsequent releases, and provide support for the training delivery to users on system and business process. Principle responsibilities: Act as the point of contact for local businessusers and oversea project team members, as well as external vendors Liaise regularly with local and oversea project stakeholders to clarify requirements and align to the business priority for subsequent releases Work with regional technical teams and Corp IT team to diagnose production issues, track the resolution of system defect and educate users on problem solving Involve in analyzing and creating best practices for user guidance in accordance with business process Communicate proactively with clear steps to resolution when users raise complex issues Coordinate to conduct trainings to internal users and external vendors Assist in testing of new functionality and defect fixes Assist in performance testing as needed Requirements: Bachelors in Computer Information System is required 7+ years of experience working as a business/system analyst or similar position to manage or support the project activities for the larger scale Web-Based systems Capability to quickly understand business concerns and deliver a quality support to business partners Knowledge in garment sourcing or retail industry preferable Excellent communication skills both written and oral in English and Chinese Good presentation/writing skill, analytical skill with positive attitudes to achieve business results A good team player and able to work under pressure, and sometimes in a fast-paced and chaotic environment PMPcertification is a plus Interested in this role or in joining another part of the Gap Inc.
