Senior Administrator

The Senior Administrator supports the Admin Manager to oversee the office operation procedures and supervises the day-to-day office administration. Perform a wide range of administrative and general support duties in GAP International Sourcing Shanghai Office ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Implement and optimize office general administration and operation procedures; Evaluate office vendor services, develops vendor relationships, negotiate local contracts, and monitor leasing agreements; Oversee maintenance of physical facilities including office equipment and furnishings, housekeeping and operational systems; Implement the office Health & Safety procedures to assure compliance with safety and security regulations, evacuation and disaster precautions Support in company wise events, activities and projects, like team building, office remodeling, relocation, etc. Plan, organize, standardize and improve office sample & file management, including in-house and offsite solutions Manage admin expenses report filing and data analysis Support in travel documents preparation for team Assist in expatriate relocation issues Develop effective working relationships with internal and external partners. ORGANIZATION RELATIONSHIPS: Internal: : Shared Services Shanghai, China Retail and Hong Kong teams, Vendor Management, Quality Assurance, Social Responsibility External : Office administration related vendors, property management office REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Knowledge, skills & abilities: Excellent organizational and planning skills and ability to multi-task. Good time management for emergencies and priorities; Attention to detail and follow-up with strong execution skills; Good interpersonal and professional skills with ability to work with external 3rd parties; Must be a strong self-starter, devoted attitude & willing to take up extra workload within peak periods. Able to work under pressure with tight deadlines; Excellent problem analysis & solving skills; Fluent English in both oral and written; Skilled use Microsoft Office. 2. Minimum educational level: University degree 3.Minimum experience: 3 ~ 4 years of relevant experience in MNC and basic supervisory experience preferred.
