KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Find out store optimization opportunities based on data and info of sales, inventory, assortment, productivity, space, store P&L, CES result, etc Collaborate with cross functional teams to work out a feasible plan for each store that has an optimization opportunity Test and learn from the optimization exercise, adjust and apply to rest of fleet Keep regular communication with field leaders, take field feedback, share data, find opportunities and be a bridge between field and headquarters Participate or lead projects of company mid-long term strategy, working with all cross functional teams to bring strategies to life

- Bachelor's degree
- Strong data analytics skill
- Good strategic thinking
