The Manager, Field L&D, Old Navy manages all aspects of Field L&D programs (initiating, assessing, designing, developing, evaluating, planning, scheduling and delivering) for the Old Navy organization at all levels. They partner within the Talent function, with HR Business Partners, and business leaders to deliver relevant field learning solutions while managing the operations and logistics for designated programs and curriculum. They support the design and delivery of both leveraged and local brand learning solutions. · This is an individual contributor role · Ability to be fluent in Spanish and English · Manage the planning and execution of the field learning strategy across Old Navy · Collaborate across Gap Inc.'s field L&D team and influence across the Old Navy brand · Establish and develop partnerships with key business partners (including functional executives) and stakeholders Key Responsibilities · Assess training needs for all levels of the field organization · Support creation and customization of field learning solutions to build field employee skills / competencies · Execute the implementation, communication and sustainability plan for the field L&D programs · Deliver and facilitate field offerings using appropriate methodology (instructor led, discussion facilitation, virtual platforms, blended learnings etc.) · Evaluate the effectiveness of field curriculum and training offerings and adjusts as needed · Create sustainability plans for content delivered to field audience including global audiences · Manage field learning and development budget and spend for specific responsibilities
