Job Title: Manager Digital Strategy and Analytics

Job Description: Provide strategic and analytic support for the execution and optimization of Digital Marketing Channels. Design and administer marketing tests. Deploy new reporting tools and dashboards. Complete ad-hoc performance analysis. Provide management with accurate forecasting and analysis. Manage cross-functional Digital Marketing initiatives related to customer data use and availability.



Requirements: Masters or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing or related field and four years of experience in job offered or related occupation. Experience may be gained before, after or simultaneously with Master's degree.

Experience and/or education must include:

  1. Statistics, marketing analytics, and financial modeling;

  2. Marketing strategy and corporate strategy;

  3. Change management aimed at facilitating the adoption of new reporting or analysis tools and methods;

  4. Designing and creating tools in support of decision making; and

  5. Advanced spreadsheet manipulations via statistical tools and/or spreadsheet programs including: SAS, SQL, and Excel tools.
