Electrical Maintenance Supervisor-2nd Shift Hours
Provides direct supervision of coordinators, technicians, and custodians on assigned shift. Ensures that each mechanic has proficient skills to maximize the "up-time" of the facility and material handling systems. Responsible for coordinating and communicating with Operations to ensure complete maintenance support to fulfill the needs of the business. Provides coaching and guidance to direct reports for their development and the improvement of maintenance operations. Can works in coordination with the Maintenance Planner to ensure that all requirements are identified, that adequate resources are scheduled, and that all completed work is validated and documented.
2nd Shift Hours: S-TH (4:30pm to 2:30am) OR M-F (3pm-11pm).
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsible for the operation of the Maintenance Department on his/her assigned shift and ensuring equipment uptime in support of Operations.
Serves as the main point of contact for Operations on all maintenance issues during assigned shift.
Ensures completion of all work orders and PMs are completed and documented.
Identifies needs, and provides input into the development and execution of capital projects.
Responsible for the supervision of any contractors and vendors operating on the campus during assigned shift.
Receives all project requests, establishes priorities, and coordinates with the Planner to ensure timely completion of all work.
Provides Manager with a weekly Supervisor summary.
Ensures accurate data entry in the Maximo system.
Conducts regular one on one coaching sessions with direct reports.
Completes and delivers bi-annual performance reviews for all direct reports.
Administers corrective action as necessary.
Responsible for the implementation and adherence to all safety guidelines and procedures.
Responsible for identifying, scheduling, and conducting training for direct reports.
Maintains PTO calendar for the shift.
Conduct performance evaluations for all assigned coordinators, technicians, assistants, and custodians.
Bench mark and monitor the maintenance department productivity.

Minimum Education Level and General Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 10 years at Journeyman level- specific areas listed below
- 2+ years of supervisory experience with direct reports
- Must maintain a flexible schedule to conduct the positions duties
- Ability to work 2nd Shift Hours: S-TH (4:30pm to 2:30am) OR M-F (3pm-11pm).
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Required Technical Knowledge:
10 years at Journeyman level or higher in the following areas:
Mechanical knowledge of material handling equipment associated with a distribution center.
Various types of conveyors
Electrical systems, Pneumatic, and Hydraulics
Strong knowledge of equipment automation
Utilize standard office software programs
Strong written and oral communication skills
Must be able to lift 50 pounds
Must present professional demeanor and appearance at all times in accordance with Gap Inc. dress code standards and in a clean and well-maintained condition.
Attire must include leather boots, long pants and shirts with sleeves.
