  • Knows store KPIs, goals performance and priorities, how store is performing to those goals and has visual plan is place to achieve results;了解店铺的KPI,绩效目标及其优先级别,知道店铺应当如何达成这些目标,且有可视化的计划取得成果。
  • Familiar with using sales report to explain product movement and layout;熟练使用销售报告描述商品的移动和布置情况;
  • With referencing sales reports, provide visual reactions to biz needs, and create working templates for visual team;通过引述销售报告,提出视觉措施以满足业务需要,并为视觉团队建立工作模板;
  • Balances driving sales; achieving tasks with protecting the bottom line in all resource decisions;销售时注重平衡;完成任务时要保住所有资源决策的底线;
  • Take accountability for successful promo activity launches;负责促销活动的成功启动;

Customer and Market:

  • Ensure Brand standards are delivered to a high standard through appropriate discretion for store environment;通过对店铺环境的适当判断保证品牌水平维持在较高水准;
  • Drives customer experience through visual execution and optimal use of space and fixture;通过视觉陈列以及优化空间和家具的使用来引导顾客的消费体验;
  • Works with management team to plan and prioritize visual activity;与管理团队一起计划视觉活动并确定其优先级;

Managing and Operating :

  • Takes appropriate responsibility of stock management around key initiatives, new flow and replenishment system support;对存货管理承担适当责任,主要涉及关键启动项,新入货和补货系统支持等;
  • Provide focus to the team on visual priorities. Prioritize daily and weekly to deliver visual proposition.主导团队以视觉优先项为工作重点;每天和每周确定任务的优先级别,以呈现视觉主题;
  • Coaches other to accurately conduct markdown, shipment and replenishment in a timely manger;教导他人精确且及时的进行减价、收货以及补货活动;
  • Participates in new flow placement across all divisions; 参与各个分布新入货的放置;
