Director of Marketing – Promotions, Gap Online North America

OVERVIEW

The Director of Marketing- Promotions is responsible for creating a promotional calendar that drives the business, creates a compelling customer experience, and cuts through competitive noise. This position will report to the Senior Director of Marketing- Gap Online.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own pre-season development and in-season management the promotional calendar for Gap Online
  • Collaborate with key cross-functional partners to ensure the calendar meets business needs
  • Develop strong relationships and collaborate with store and cross-brand partners to create an omni and/or cross-brand experience where possible
  • Be highly responsive and flexible to meet business needs
  • Interface regularly with senior leadership team
  • Own analytical recapping of event performance
  • Develop marketing support across site, email and digital marketing
  • Manage a team of two direct reports and one indirect report

  • GOL, Store & Brand Marketing Teams, Company Planning, Buying, Web Production, Creative, GapCard, and Digital Marketing
