CRM Manager ( Marketing)

OVERVIEW Responsible for CRM marketing campaign planning and execution, including member exclusive offer campaign, member only events and other loyalty related marketing campaigns to provide various member experience, enhance brand affinity and lift member spending and frequency. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to run ePayment and O2O campaigns Initiate partnership with targeted brands (external companies), to recruit more members and traffic to Gap stores. Loyalty program related media campaign planning and execution, mainly via digital medias. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Member campaign design and execution Member benefits design and execution Internal cross function communication and coordination CRM vendor coordination and follow up External cobranding opportunities sourcing, negotiation. Cross over campaign planning and execution. CRM event planning and execution

KEY EXPERIENCES

  • Bachelor degree or above, fluent in English is a must
  • At least 6 years of experience in CRM or digital marketing. CRM experience is a must.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Multi task and project management skills
  • Vendor management and strong at problem solving
  • Team work spirit
