Business Process Owner - Real Estate - Old Navy HQ

OVERVIEW

The Business Process Owner proactively works with HQ and Field business partners to identify opportunities to develop and improve processes and documentation that supports remodels, relocations/repositions, new and closing stores, to ensure a seamless execution in the field. Expected to apply a diversified knowledge of project management principles, practices and analytics that drive business results to influence business partners and improve the in-store experience for internal and external customers.Tracks, manages and conducts hindsight on multiple projects with responsibility for coordinating efforts between various functional departments, corporate departments and all levels within the field organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manages the real estate activity, inclusive of remodels, closures, and openings, to keep all business partners and field leaders informed in a timely manner
  • Develops and maintains training materials to support the field in the execution of new store opening
  • Supports Remodel Market Managers (RMMs), Upper Field and Store Leaders with all aspects of the in-store level execution of real estate activity
  • Develops and nurtures meaningful and supportive relationships with HQ business partner, Upper Field and Field leaders
  • Ensures the real estate resources are current and makes update to content as necessary
  • Maintains and updates operational criteria list of each store design, and stockroom organizational guide
  • Acts as the project manager for real estate activity to ensure all aspects of the process are on track
  • Operates with an high attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all aspects of real estate projects and any work related

KEY EXPERIENCES

  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong attention to detail
  • 4-year college degree preferred
  • 3-5 years of store experience preferred
  • Ability to travel, including overnight as required
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including nights and weekends
