About the role
What you'll do
Daily Store Operational Support, incl. communication & operational guidance / assistance through Mailbox / Phone call, Filing & Chopping process, etc.
Store Operational Supplies & Non-Stock Management, incl.
Forecast Store Supplies consumption and ensure safety stock on-hand as well as healthy stock turnover in warehouse.
Timely help stores with all non-stock ordering and delivery related issues as an expert.
Be the super user of online ordering platform and manage its performance.
Relative vendors management and optimization.
Store OSE Management, incl.
Process POs precisely in internal system aligned with financial policies.
Maintain all invoices from vendors and be responsible for payment related workflow.
Work closely with finance in yearly/quarterly/monthly OSE budgeting and accrue, ensure each financial month closure and write off processed smoothly.
Non-stock Warehouse management, incl. Delivery & Stocking strategy, vendor & contractual management, etc.
Support with other store miscellaneous managemen
t per needs.
Store Inventory Operations Support:
Logistic & Transportation Coordination such as Transfer / Pullback / Pack & Hold, etc.
Other Store Operational Projects Support
Proficient in MS Office Suite.
Strong service mindset with the ability to provide good service to internal and external customers.
Forecasting and planning skills, have ability to interpret and utilize key financial data.
Project management and influencing skills, highly organized and detail oriented.
Strong analytical skills and creative problem-solving capabilities.
Highly motivated, results focused and act with a high sense of urgency.
