A Weddington Way Assistant Manager plays a key role in creating a memorable shopping experience for our customers. This individual motivates and inspires the team to provide exceptional customer service. We value people who are confident, empathetic, and curious. Job Responsibilities:

Customer Focus: Exceed the expectations of our customers. Establish relationships to build brand loyalty. Ensure the team executes operational excellence through a customer centric mindset. Help create an incredible experience for our brides and ensure every customer has a positive and beautiful experience. Share customer feedback and think about how to make the customer experience even better.

Drive Business Results: Support the team to achieve results and perform at a high level. Knowledgeable about wedding trends to positively impact the business. Drives productivity of the team and optimizes traffic to achieve sales goals. Flexible to support the greater needs of the store.

Passionate: Knowledgeable and passionate about Weddington Way, our customer and our product.

Grow and Develop Talent: Select and develop high potential talent, effectively assessing for skill and cultural fit. Accountable for team performance through, coaching and feedback. Teaches and trains Stylists to build skill.




  • 1-3 years of leadership experience in customer- centric environment
  • Tech savvy: comfortable with computers, mobile devices and tablets.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and time management skills
  • Effective planning and organizational skills
  • Ability to meet availability requirements.
