The Store Planning Analyst provides support in the creation, management and execution of store planning strategies to deliver or exceed financial goals for multiple Old Navy markets and channels.

- Provide relevant data and reporting focused on the product and location intersection that maximize return on investment
- Create and maintain accuracy of store level databases and systems to support store sales and inventory plans
- Ability to gather, manipulate and interpret large amounts of data
- Detail oriented in execution
- Identify issues and recognize opportunities to improve Store Planning business analysis, processes, and tools
- Ability to work independently and with teams interchangeably to deliver results
- Own professional development in collaboration with manager
- Support/participate in a collaborative, innovative and results-orientated environment
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 1-2 years work experience, preferred
- Financial and Business Acumen: Ability to evaluate financial and business indicators and translate data into actionable information to drive results; proficiency in retail math
- Problem Solving & Decision Quality: Able to use rigorous logic and methods to solve problems with effective solutions
- Influencing & Negotiation: Can present ideas and directions that lead others to action
- Systems and Tools Acumen: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and preferably Access with an aptitude to learn technical applications quickly
- Collaboration: Able to build constructive and effective relationships with a broad and diverse group of business partners
- Possess strong organizational and time management skills
- Demonstrate strong listening, written and oral communication skills
