Part-time Operations Coordinator in the Circulation Department – Assist with customer service and home delivery operations; maintain accurate records for departmental reporting. Handles subscriber related issues via phone calls, email, mail and walk-in customers for the Binghamton, Elmira and Ithaca publications along with alternate publications (New York Times, Wall Street Journal, etc.). Completes various daily, weekly and monthly reports relating to departmental operations using system and BrioQuery reporting. Process daily starts, stops, complaints and message processing for NY Times and Wall Street Journal publications in addition to reconciliations for both publications. Processes geocoding and route mapping on RouteSmart program. Handles weekly carrier supply and complaint charges. Assists with any related departmental projects and staff coverage as needed.
