Distribution Services Assistant - St. George

Hours: As required and assigned, some weekend work required

The primary responsibility of this position is to work with customers who contact us with issues by coming into the local office or by phone calls. Issue can be in relation to but not conclusive to the following situations.

  • Delivery problems
  • Delivery start or stop request
  • Billing issues

Customer Service personal support the Distribution Manager in the following areas:

  • Day end reports.
  • Weekly Coupon value reports.
  • NIE support.
  • Single Copy reports.
  • Subscriber call backs.
  • All other programs as needed when assigned by Distribution Manager.
  • Secondary responsibility will be:
  • Provide support to CSS Regional Manager in verifying subscriber account information. ie: email information, CC information and special instructions as requested by subscribers.

Educational requirements:

  • H.S. diploma.
  • Understanding of how to use Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Ability to learn new software programs.
