Customer Service Representative

Gannett Publishing Services is currently seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative. This position will work 12 hours, every other weekend. We are committed to keeping our customers happy by hiring only the best people to serve them.

This position will work every other weekend Saturdays and Sundays from 6am – Noon. This self-directed Customer Service Representative will provide support to our District Managers and be the liaison between our independent contractors, District Managers and the call center. This position will also provide information to management for follow up on escalated service concerns.

Qualified candidates must be able to multi-task, be detail oriented and have strong communication and interpersonal skills, excellent organizational skills, and have the ability to work with a high degree of accuracy in a fast-paced environment. Microsoft Office experience is required, intermediate Excel a plus. Must be able to proficiently type at minimum 50 WPM with complete accuracy. A High School diploma or equivalent is required.
