Customer Service Rep I

The Pacific Daily News, a member of the USA Today network and the premier media and media solutions company on Guam is seeking a motivated and conscientious Customer Service Representative to work 32 hours a week, who will be responsible answering calls and addressing the needs of the caller by establishing rapport and building trust with professionalism and courtesy. The Customer Service Representative will not only be required to provide accurate information about products and services, but must demonstrate the ability to recognize a sales opportunity by finding a need, recommending a solution, and closing the sale, demonstrate enthusiasm for the position while maintaining productivity goals of the department and meeting quality, sales, and customer service standards. We put a premium on personal integrity, teamwork, accountability, problem solving, a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills and winning. Computer knowledge and good customer service skills, punctuality, ability to promote, sell and upsell are required.
