The User Acquisition Manager is a seasoned performance marketer with experience growing large mobile user acquisition programs. This role owns budget and performance for multiple acquisition channels.  You will develop and implement strategies to grow our customer base on those channels and partner closely with other channel leads to identify key learnings to implement cross-channel.


  • Effectively and efficiently lead performance-based paid acquisition marketing efforts to reach acquisition goals
  • Coordinate with internal/external teams to develop and refine creative and targeting strategy
  • Develop and execute A/B testing programs to improve campaign performance
  • Conduct partner and campaign analysis to determine value of acquisition efforts and optimizations
  • Develop paid acquisition plans and provide regular reporting on progress towards key milestones and risks
  • Continuously evaluate and test new tactics for acquiring new users, such as data analysis, partner management, campaign targeting, bidding, A/B tests and more
  • Work with the VP Growth and other Sr. team members to identify and recommend improvements to partner strategy, campaign setup and optimization
  • Help with development of analytic tools, technology and process to drive efficiency across the Paid Acquisition Team
  • Influence internal marketing plans across the marketing organization to help improve first time user engagement and acquisition
  • Regularly generate growth focused ideas and hypotheses, and then rigorously test them

About You

  • 4+ years experience in Online Marketing and advertising (2+ years managing Paid Social)
  • SQL knowledge a required
  • BA / BS degree in a quantitative discipline (Statistics, Business, Economics)
  • Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
  • Experience with Excel (Pivot Tables, Advanced Formulas, Data Manipulation)
  • Passionate about mobile/social integration in both the entertainment industry and professional sports businesses.
