The Role:
As Recruiter at Gametime, you will recruit across a variety of roles, and you ideally have a specialty in one or more business areas across engineering, technology, business development, and finance and analytics roles.You will leverage your passion for building diverse teams and supporting an exceptional candidate experience every day. You will work closely with the existing team to help improve processes and identify new sourcing strategies, partnering directly with executives and organizational leaders to own key hires that move the needle for the business.

What You'll Do & Own:

  • Manage, drive, and own the full cycle recruiting process for various business groups by creating robust pipelines through active sourcing of multiple channels, screening resumes, interviewing, and closing candidates
  • Continuously build a diverse talent pipeline by using creative sourcing strategies and techniques, building both a short and long-term pipeline
  • Collaborate with teams to deeply understand their hiring needs and proactively translate that into recruiting strategy and interview plan for each open position, reporting regularly on results
  • Partner with the broader recruiting team to build efficient and scalable recruiting processes
  • Act as an advocate for both the company and the candidate throughout the hiring process; establishing regular touch points and providing diligent follow through, resulting in a wonderful candidate experience
  • Own, track, and present talent acquisition metrics to the People team and broader Executive leadership tiers
  • Assist in the onboarding of new hires, and other Talent Acquisition administrative tasks as needed.

More About You:

  • At least 1+ years of full cycle recruiting for senior level talent in a fast-paced, high growth environment - both agency and in-house experience preferred
  • Experience sourcing and closing senior level candidates in technical and non-technical roles
  • Able to wear many hats and be a team player
  • Demonstrate passion and drive while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Proven track record of hitting hiring goals and forming positive relationships with hiring managers
  • Experience coaching hiring managers and helping them develop strategic recruiting plans
  • Experience with Lever ATS is highly preferred
  • GSuite Expert
