What You Will Do:
As senior project manager, you will manage resources, projects, timelines and relationships to ensure client engagement and growth. Through your analysis of complex data and predictive analytics, you will lead a geographically dispersed team that designs and executes the right consulting plan for clients. By creating and presenting compelling narratives, you will help leaders and organizations solve their most pressing problems.

What You Need:
- Minimum of seven years of experience in workplace solutions, human capital consulting, employee engagement or related field
- Master's degree
- Experience with SPSS, SAS or other statistical tools
- Proficiency in creating and delivering high-level presentations to stakeholders
