What You Will Do

As an account lead in the organizational strategy field, you will manage people, resources, projects, timelines and relationships to ensure client engagement and growth. Through your analysis of complex data and predictive analytics, you will lead a geographically dispersed team that designs the right strategic consulting plan for clients. By creating and presenting compelling narratives, you will educate executives on how Gallup's consulting solutions align with their needs.

You will collaborate to develop and see a project through to execution. Partnering with some of the brightest and most engaged employees in the world, you will work on projects centered on employee engagement, customer engagement, leadership development and CliftonStrengths. You will support local teams in the pursuit of new business opportunities to ensure that solutions and recommended programs meet clients' needs and contribute to organic growth.

What You Need

  • Minimum of seven years of experience in workplace consulting or organizational strategy
  • Master's degree required
  • Proficiency in creating and delivering high-level presentations to internal and external stakeholders
  • Exceptional fluency in Spanish and English (must submit your resume in English)
