What you will do

Gallup is looking for a hardworking intern and passionate learner to support our Learning and Development Group. The successful candidates will spend time coordinate closely with Sales Consultants to dig into clients’ business and partner with other Gallup associates to develop individualized solutions. In this role, you will represent Gallup’s prestigious consulting services, including our Accelerate Strengths Coaching Course, High Performance Team Leader course, Employee Engagement research. Other miscellaneous duties for Learning and Development Group supporting, such as cold calls, follow-up phone calls, etc.

What you need

  • A bachelor’s degree is required
  • A substantial background in business, sales, marketing or consulting is preferred
  • Natural business acumen
  • The proven ability to learn off-script with passion and curiosity
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and Mandarin
  • You will need to be a China citizen or Permanent Resident
