What You Will Do:

As a project manager for Gallup in the Tokyo metro area, you will be part of an exciting endeavor to build the new Japanese office from the ground up. As Gallup continues to expand our global presence in Japan, you will guide workplace consulting projects from inception to completion in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. You'll be faced with new tasks every day, including analyzing client data, building compelling presentations, developing client deliverables and partnering with experts at Gallup offices around the world. Your main responsibilities will include managing project timelines and scope, accurately assessing and mediating risks, and breaking down complex projects into identifiable work streams.

What You Need:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Five years of project management experience in workplace consulting or a similar field
  • Fluency in English and Japanese
  • PMP certification desirable
  • Japanese citizenship or permanent residency required
