As a contracted sales administrative coordinator in our Marunouchi office, you will be responsible for managing the sales leads process and creating world-class events for prospective clients. In this crucial role, you will manage the CRM system, coordinate weekly sales calls, and organize logistics and materials for events. You will be an intermediary, connecting contractors to internal resources, partnering with vendors, and acting as a translator between our Japanese salespeople and our English-speaking team members. Our associates will depend on your administrative skills to be successful and grow our business.

What you need

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Proficiency in a CRM system and Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Three to five years of experience in executive administration, sales support or similar role
  • Full professional fluency in Japanese and English
