What you will do

At Gallup, we translate complicated business problems into clear, actionable advice. From forecasting human capital needs to predicting consumer demand and market trends, we offer extraordinary analytics and advice to help leaders and organizations around the world solve their most pressing business problems.

Here's where you come in.

As a contracted learning and development consultant at Gallup, you will facilitate workshops, team sessions, learning courses and deliver coaching based on the CliftonStrengths philosophy, and Gallup's Employee Engagement, management and leadership science. You will be responsible for developing client relationships to help organizations solve their most pressing business problems. Your relationship with clients begins by understanding their needs and learning opportunities and continues through to recommending and facilitating an engaging learning experience. You will coach and conduct developmental initiatives such as stakeholder interviews, discovery and goal-setting sessions, focus groups, and more. Through your excellent communication and presentation skills, you'll translate Gallup's research, management science and best practices into practical, compelling and powerful programs that produce organizational change for our clients.

What you need

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in business, psychology or sociology
  • Five to seven years of experience as a professional trainer in organizational workplace topics such as employee and customer engagement and leadership development
  • Fluency in Japanese required; English preferred
  • Authorization to work in Japan
