Associate Editing Manager

What You Will Do:
Gallup cares that every associate has a great manager and projects that change the world a little to a lot every day.
As an associate manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of editors who work on marketing materials, business proposals, learning materials and executive presentations. You will resource team members for projects, set timelines, manage performance and pay plans, and help team members grow and develop in their roles.
Creating an environment of engagement and high performance, you will ensure that your team can deliver the highest quality content. Through words and stories, you and your team give voice to people around the world.
What You Need:
- One year of experience in an editing, writing or copy writing capacity, preferably in the communications or advertisement industry
- People management, project management or leadership experience is desired
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in communications or journalism
- Authorization to work in the United States
