The Temporary Client Experience Specialist will:

  • Edit Websites and Content for Current G5 Clients:
  • Communicate with clients with a broad range of technical aptitude
  • QA/test website updates and edits
  • Troubleshoot reports of software issues
  • Create or modify website content
  • Modify or correct Google Map location and map marker issues
  • Coordinate campaign changes across departments
  • Resolve client access and user permission issues
  • File conversion tasks
  • Manage uploading of content to specific sites and pages
  • Work with graphics and images using various software applications
  • Read website code/inspect element for diagnosis
  • Domain management/ DNS troubleshooting
  • Retrieve/edit information for clients
  • Manipulate HTML,CSS and JSON
  • Coordinate the deletion of clients or locations
  • Update process documentation and website build documentation as necessary

The Temporary Client Experience Specialist will have:

  • Ability to efficiently identify, analyze, prioritize, and resolve problems
  • Good judgment in decision making
