Funko is a purveyor of pop culture, making and selling license-focused collectibles. We’re based in Everett, WA where we have a store that delights kids of all ages (kids at heart included). We currently hold hundreds of licenses for franchises ranging from Marvel to Harry Potter, giving us the rights to create tens of thousands of characters—one of the largest portfolios in the pop culture and collectibles industry. We take your favorite characters and turn them into adorable, or sometimes scary, collectible figures. Our most famous line, Pop! Vinyl, has millions of fans around the world. 

Located in Chatsworth in the greater Los Angeles area, this new role partners with the Sales team providing support for specific retail accounts. This position will be the point of contact for day to day retail partner communication, orders entry and updates.

Ideal candidate has a a background in fashion and licensing products. Must be a quick learner, flexible/fun personality, effective communicator and detail oriented.

Your Superpowers in Action

  • Provides sales support for existing & new smaller sized accounts
  • Completes all new customer set-up forms and understand customer terms
  • Sends new product catalogs to accounts, and follow up on orders
  • Data entry and processing of received orders from the accounts
  • Interacts with internal logistics teams to ensure smooth execution/shipment of sales orders
  • Proactively recommends substitute products to accounts when ordered product is not available 

Must-Have Superhero Gadgetry

  • 2-4 years in sales support or administration for customers, preferably in the consumer product industry
  • Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
  • Project-oriented, pro-active, self-motivated work style
  • Professional with a quick response time and a sense of urgency with attention to details
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills 
  • Has demonstrated the ability to manage several important priorities at once
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
  • Degree from accredited college or technical school preferred
