Job Description

Our team is dedicated to pioneering the embedding of working capital solutions into our partner's platform, a strategy that drives adoption and growth in an innovative way. Partnerships are the key to unlocking growth at Fundbox, and you will be part of a fast-moving team that is fully committed to this strategy, always striving for growth and success.

We are seeking an individual contributor who will lead strategic partnership identification and negotiation & manage ongoing complex enterprise partnership ecosystems. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated track record in fintech sales, resulting in revenue growth via partnerships.

Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without the need for employer sponsorship. Fundbox will not hire any applicants for this role who require employer sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.

  • Build a pipeline of vertical and horizontal SaaS partnerships in accounting software, e-commerce, legal, general contractors, and food and beverage.
  • Report to the VP of Partnerships, you should be a motivated, self-starter with the ability to manage multiple deliverables effectively
  • We want a highly analytical, data-driven, strategic thinker who is also a creative problem solver and innovator
  • Extreme ownership, flawless execution, and curiosity will be the keys to success in this role 
  • You must build solid relationships with customers, vendors, and distributors, as well as sales and marketing teams

You should have

  • 10+ years of Partnership experience focused on SMB-embedded working capital, strategy, finance, or tech 
  • You’ve demonstrated an ability to develop relationships and negotiate partnerships with C-levels and executives at companies ranging from start-ups to large enterprises
  • Identify, target, prospect, and close complex partnership arrangements that deliver real value to the business
  • You’re passionate about fintech and the opportunity to help build the next major financial brand for small businesses
  • You move fast and are obsessed with performance, numbers, and impact
  • Develop deep relationships with strategic partners to deliver long-term value for all parties.
  • A hustler who is fun to work with and enjoys the challenge of an early-stage high-growth company

Compensation & Benefits

We anticipate the US base salary range for this full-time position is $130,000 - $180,000. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the amount the employer reasonably expects to pay for this position across all US locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors (i.e. job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training). The compensation details listed in US role postings reflect the base salary only and do not include any bonuses, equity, or benefits.
