Sales Coordinator

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator who will be responsible for assisting the Sr. Director, Social Video Strategy in Video Labs. The Video Labs team is responsible for managing our social video strategy, especially YouTube channels, for our growing roster of Brands and Premium Content Providers in the TV, Music, and Movie industries. The candidate would have a proven track record of related experience to support and fulfill the strategic objectives of a highly cross-functional organization.

Responsibilities

  • Draft client proposals and presentations, creating decks
  • Sit in sales calls and take notes
  • Work with Account Management to build out wrap packages for all executed programs
  • Regularly support Sr. Director, Social Video Strategy and the Video Labs team
  • Represent self and company in a highly professional and ethical manner

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of relevant digital media experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • A self-starter and natural leader who thinks ahead and recognizes what needs to get done
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and time management skills
  • Proactive, upbeat personality, team player with a professional demeanor
  • Polished, professional presence and outstanding interpersonal skills
  • Dependable, reliable and demonstrated strong work ethic
  • Possess a high level of discretion and confidentiality in order to work successfully with high profile clients
  • Genuine interest in brands, YouTube, digital media, technology and online content
  • Efficient and effective multitasker
  • Comfortable juggling a variety of tasks
  • Strong communication skills
