Marketing Manager, Consumer Products - Rooster Teeth

Rooster Teeth is seeking an experienced and well-rounded marketing professional to manage marketing initiatives for its Product and e-Commerce efforts. This position will report to the Director of Marketing and work across multiple business units within the company to build always-on B2C marketing programs for product and e-commerce that leverage digital, community, social media, influencer, PR, and internal personality/programming. The ideal candidate will have entertainment industry experience with extra consideration given to TV and film, gaming, consumer products and e-commerce


  • Build marketing plans and manage day-to-day marketing initiatives across multiple departments within the company, with a primary focus on consumer products, gaming & live events
  • Develop and manage social media and community relations tactics to build fandom around gaming and consumer products
  • Work with Rooster Teeth talent and programming teams to manage promotional cycles within company productions
  • Develop and execute influencer programs
  • Create paid media campaigns and manage budget and digital marketing cycles 
  • Be a product expert – follow trends in the industry and within the company to help guide ongoing product development 


  • At least five years of experience as a marketer in the entertainment or related industry
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects across different departments with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communicator who can foster relationships with internal and external partners
