Manager, Talent Relations - Fullscreen Live

We are looking for an up-and-coming rock star manager in the digital talent space to support all things Talent Relations for Fullscreen Live. The ideal candidate will have a strong starting foundation for working with talent and their representation and a passion to learn and grow. The candidate should have some experience in building and maintaining relationships with digital talent representatives and the talent themselves. Ideally, this candidate will be coming from the representation side of the business. Other important skills include: being detail oriented, organization, time management, possess a proactive spirit, early knowledge of deal making, strong interpersonal communication skills, work well within a team, an innate ability to sell and a desire to learn, multi-tasking, and getting results in a fast-paced environment. This role will report to the Director of Talent Relations at Fullscreen Live.


  • Attend internal meetings and represent Fullscreen Live, specifically with the Fullscreen talent department
  • Help design new and update current talent facing sales assets for our touring products
  • Regularly input new talent into our talent tracking systems
  • Organize and update all notes for our talent conversations
  • Schedule pitch meetings with talent and their reps and prepare agendas for the meetings as well as coordinate the involvement of the other members of Fullscreen Live team
  • Regularly book talent at Fullscreen’s Playa office venue
  • Attend lunches and meetings with the director of Fullscreen Live
  • Scout new talent, which includes identifying patterns in data metrics that determine which talent are influential enough to support their own tour
  • Travel to execute shows on weekends
  • Proactively initiate and cultivate new relationships with talent and their representation
  • Have the desire to learn how to be a selling machine


  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Early relationships with all or most of the companies representing digital talent
  • We’re looking for people that excel in a team environment – no lone wolves
  • Experience working in talent representation preferred
  • Early experience in contract negotiation/deal making
  • Passion for the digital talent space, especially as pertains to live events
  • Ability to identify patterns in talent metrics growthExperience in the venue, touring, or ticketing space preferred
  • Genuinely enjoys turning a “NO” into a “YES”
  • Self-starter attitude
