Account Coordinator

We’re looking for an experienced Account Coordinator who has worked with brands and has a passion for creating social content, delivering innovative ideas, collaborating with strong teams. You will join a growing, fast-paced team and be responsible for executing strategic marketing campaigns. You will be the liaison between clients and internal Designers, Animators, Copywriters, Strategist, and Paid Media Specialists to ensure quality, effectiveness, and timeliness of social media content throughout our campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary support for all day-to-day operations of brand campaign, directly communicating with the Account Manager, internal creative resources, and the client to ensure seamless collaboration
  • Perform all tasks, as directed by Manager, to ensure the success of the campaign work
  • Exhibit excellence and attention to detail in your day-to-day work
  • Demonstrate personal motivation to learn and master all things related to advertising, social media, and marketing strategy
  • Publish content to all social media channels
  • Identify and provide meaningful Community Management and creative input for the client’s fan bases (both existing audiences and targeted audiences) across assigned platforms, including (but not limited to) Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest and Snapchat
  • Continuously work to improve messaging with Account team and Copywriter by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information
  • Craft appropriate reply language that meets brand tone, voice, platform and executes engagement strategy
  • Ability to speak the language of hashtags and emojis
  • Monitor engagement trends and identify new opportunities for the client to contribute to pop culture moments or trending topics
  • Create system and refine process for posting, moderations, Community Management, and reporting
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in social media for a brand or agency
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to project manage several client deliverables at one time
  • Adaptability to working in a fast-paced environment
  • Agility to pivot quickly as needs arise with ability to anticipate client needs before they do
  • Creative thinker and problem-solver with energy and enthusiasm to take projects to completion
  • Excellent communicator who can work effectively at all levels within the organization
  • Knowledge of current and emerging social media platforms and tools
  • Self-motivated and eager to take an idea and run with it
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple platforms, track feedback and be adaptable in fast paced environment

Bonus Points

  • Previous experience in remote work environment
  • Previous copywriting / Community Management experience
  • Experience and comfort using native and third party social listening and management platforms such as Netbase, Union Metrics, Simply Measured, Sprinklr and more
  • Past Advertising Agency experience
