Other mercenary developers just churn out what a client asks for, while we we strive to truly understand the problems our clients are aiming to solve and stop at nothing to build solid products that present the optimal solution. Roles and Responsibilities

  • Meet with new potential clients (inbound leads)
  • Generate and cultivate outbound
  • Start conversation around project direction & strategy
  • Lead deal structuring
  • Lead contract negotiations
  • Smoothly transition deals from sales into active projects
  • Manage at least one junior BD
  • Oversee Fueled's partnerships program where we refer leads that are too low-budget for- us to handle
  • Oversee top-tier RFP/RFI responses
  • Will assist with some marketing work

The Ideal Candidate

  • Minimum 2 years of experience (preferably including some management experience) with some combination of: digital, mobile, web product, consumer-tech, social media strategy, digital marketing
  • An insatiable curiosity and knowledge about all things tech, mobile, apps, etc
  • A working knowledge of a mobile device’s capabilities to the extent that most client questions can be answered without consulting a developer
  • An innate ability to synthesize various data, learnings, and research to articulate the most important and actionable insights
  • Strong visual thinking and storytelling abilities, simplifying complex concepts and strategies through design and logic
  • An interest and comfort level in standing in front of a client or a room full of peers to give their opinion or a presentation
  • A strong sense of personal style
