Seasonal Customer Service Representatives
(High Potential for full time employment after seasonal assignment)
About the position
FTD Customer Service Representatives are responsible for answering in-bound calls, taking orders for flowers and specialty gift items, assisting customers with questions, data entry and resolving issues.
Pay Rate: $11.00 an hour, with monthly bonus incentive
Training: Mandatory on-site 5 day paid training the first week.
Shift Schedules: Morning and evening shifts may be available. Flexibility to work weekdays and weekends required.
The position requires great verbal and written communication, problem solving, computer and customer service skills. Must be flexible, and have the ability to adapt quickly to changing business requirements. Experience within a call center environment is a plus, but not required.
